The 2010 death of an infant at a Kentucky hospital is at the center of a complaint filed against an osteopath by the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure. The complaint filed earlier this month said that the death was attributed to suffocation due to the improper placement of an endotracheal tube. The complaint did not identify the hospital. http://bit.ly/19Zqh52
