Davin Shaw

Born and raised in Owensboro, Kentucky, I played soccer and graduated from Daviess County High School. I continued my academic career at Lindsey Wilson, graduating early in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Social Science.

After my time on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, I joined Foreman Watson Holtrey (FWH Legal) as a litigation assistant. My early exposure to complex cases confirmed my passion for pursuing law.

In 2018, I earned my Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) from the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University, concentrating in Public Policy and Public Finance. While at IU, I clerked with the Indiana Attorney General’s Office in Indianapolis and continued to assist on cases at FWH Legal.

Since becoming an attorney, I’ve built a practice grounded in strategic thinking, meticulous preparation, and unwavering client advocacy. I handle cases in many practice areas, including wrecks and accidents (car, truck, motorcycle, or commercial/semi-truck), slip and falls, medical negligence, wrongful death, animal attacks, business law, general litigation, estate planning (wills and trusts), and probate services.

I’m honored to serve clients in Madisonville, Henderson, Evansville, Owensboro, and the surrounding communities.

Beyond providing legal advice, I’m committed to helping clients rebuild their lives after the unexpected happens. My clients know they have an advocate they can trust—someone who listens, understands, and fights for their best interests.

Outside the office, my wife, Kate, and I enjoy traveling, spending time with our dog—Weller—and calling Madisonville home.
