Don’t Text and Drive. Period.

In every car wreck case handled by FWH we look immediately to determine cell phone usage by the at fault party. We subpoena cell phone records and even obtain meta-data from the phones because more and more we hear stories like the tragic death reported from Utah where a fifteen year old boy lost his life because of a driver who just had to text while driving. The Driving and Texting Car Death case from Utah is yet another example of the tragic consequences of texting while driving an automobile.
