FWH values professional courtesy, and all values that demonstrate a respect for the judicial system. Our attorneys are required to strive to make the system of justice work fairly, and efficiently. In carrying out that responsibility, attorneys are expected to comply with the letter and spirit of the applicable Code of Professional Responsibility adopted by the Supreme Court of Kentucky. Managing Partner, Travis Holtrey, recently spoke to group of attorney on ethics issues and reminded them that all attorney should be proud to practice in a profession that is guided by a code of courtesy.
