The law firm Foreman Watson began in Owensboro, Kentucky in 1994 when Jeff Foreman and Jim Watson founded a firm with an emphasis on real estate, corporate and transaction law.
In 2008, Foreman Watson expanded into other areas of law – including divorce and family law, as well as criminal defense and estate work – with the addition of associate attorneys Tyler H. Johnson, Meghan P. Johnson and in 2009, Hollie B. Lindsey. In 2008 the firm opened an office in Hartford, Kentucky to better serve residents of Ohio County.
In January 2012, Foreman Watson formally announced the addition to the firm of Travis L. Holtrey as managing partner and officially changed the name of the firm to Foreman Watson Holtrey, LLP. Holtrey, who has litigated complex personal injury cases throughout Kentucky, brings extensive experience in personal injury law as well as corporate and small business matters. This addition now allows Foreman Watson Holtrey, LLP to focus on personal injury litigation and handle complex legal matters.
Finally, in October, 2013, Arthur Cook joined Foreman Watson Holtrey, LLP as an associate to assist with the growing needs in the areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury. Foreman Watson Holtrey, LLP is able to handle most any injury case, from accidents to malpractice to workers’ comp.
